Really good Hotel Experience
beautiful room helpful employees
I received a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room upon arrival. The room was situated on the fourth floor, ensuring peace. A bottle of fizz, chocolates, macaroons, and miniature gin awaited me. All employees are very helpful and always try to.
The minibar policy is somewhat restrictive, allowing only hotel-stocked items. Moving items could result in a charge. I think guests should store small personal items, like water. A small fridge would be convenient.

The gym has workout machines in excellent condition. Meeting rooms are well organised for any type of meeting. These spaces were clean and functional for business activities. They provided necessary amenities.

Front desk staff, Shannon. Concierge staff, Peter and Ivan. And restaurant staff, Maria, Mohamad, Fay, and Gabrielle give hospitality and warmth. Housekeeping staff are efficient and thorough. Service is friendly and professional. They are very attentive.

the staff was very attentive to our needs. i found the room service prompt and the food well prepared. estelita and maria took good care of us, we had a nice comfortable breakfast each day of my stay.
the entrance is off the street and on a private road. one entrance is from a main road, the other from a dirty lane. it's not the most convenient.

smooth process signature cocktails extra mile
The check-in process was smooth. The Coral Room has original signature cocktails. I appreciate the extra mile they went (Ros and Joel are amazing!).
The bar music was a bit loud at night.

The hotel is close to many places to visit. A museum is just around the corner. Buses and trains are within a five minute walk for easy transportation.

The room was very clean and relaxing. The bathroom was gorgeous. I especially liked the staff that cleaned the room daily. They took time to fold and sort our items, a lovely touch to come back to a neat and organised room.

The hotel has inventive drinks and good food. The Coral Room is especially nice. It features a bar downstairs and a terrace. The building itself is charming and comfortable to hang out in.

I appreciated the staff's really good service. They assisted with a last-minute meal order. The hotel offers convenient amenities like laundry and a gym. Proximity to both restaurants and theaters adds great value. I found the hotel to be reasonably priced, especially given the quality of my stay (it was worth every penny!).
The wifi signal wasn't perfect.

My Classic King room was very spacious, particularly by local standards. The bathroom included modern fixtures. It was also quite large. I found the room spotlessly clean and well-appointed with everything i needed.

The hotel boasts two fabulous bars. The Coral Room is located upstairs, and a private, club-like bar is downstairs. I found both offered a great atmosphere. The downstairs bloomsbury club offers live jazz in the evenings.

The staff members are very attentive. I want to mention Antonio, the porter, who noticed my disability. He kindly offered to take my luggage to the tube station upon checkout (such a thoughtful gesture!).
